<![CDATA[The role of the pastor is crucial in fostering faith growth within the church, particularly as the faith of Christians has begun to wane in modern times. Many Christians today—both adults and children—display indifference toward their faith in Jesus Christ. This study aims to describe the role of the pastor in nurturing the faith of the congregation at the Dayak Borneo Antajam (GDB) Church. To ensure accurate results, a qualitative research method was employed, utilizing a literature review alongside data collection through observation and documentation. The findings indicate that the more actively the pastor plays a role in nurturing the congregation's faith, the more that faith becomes rooted, grows, and bears fruit in Jesus Christ. The study concludes that the pastor at GDB Antajam has played a vital role in fostering the congregation's faith and continues to provide ongoing faith development for the members of the church.]]>
