<![CDATA[This study aimed to analyze the determinants of measles immunization status among children under five affected by disasters in North Aceh Regency in 2026. A quantitative, retrospective analytical approach was employed, utilizing a case-control study design. The results indicate that the flood emergency disrupted various sociodemographic, epidemiological, and enabling factors. However, multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that "Maternal Attitude" (p = 0.003; OR = 0.188) was the most dominant predictor of immunization status for children under five in the disaster-affected area. In conclusion, strong internal motivation and proactive maternal psychological autonomy proved capable of overcoming other external barriers. Variables such as family support, measles severity, parental occupation, information quality, and maternal income lost statistical significance in the simultaneous analysis; this was due to their transient nature or because their impact was mitigated by the widespread availability of free health services during the disaster emergency response period.
