Danau Tiga Village requires structured and reliable spatial information to support effective governance and development planning. This community service program aimed to prepare an integrated digital village map using ArcGIS while strengthening the initial capacity of village apparatus in managing and utilizing spatial information. The activities were conducted through several stages, including coordination with village authorities, field observation, coordinate collection, interviews, spatial data digitization, attribute input, data validation, socialization, and final handover. The program produced several outputs, consisting of a digital village map displaying administrative boundaries, road networks, land use, public facilities, and hydrological features; a structured geodatabase; a printed village map; and introductory assistance for village apparatus. Active partner participation supported the collection and verification of local information, ensuring that the mapped data represented actual field conditions and community knowledge. The program addresses the previous absence of an integrated, structured, and updatable spatial-data document at the village level. The resulting spatial information provides a practical foundation for more systematic governance, development planning, and future data management. Periodic updating of spatial data, routine validation, and continued capacity building for village apparatus are recommended to maintain data accuracy, relevance, and sustainability, and support evidence-based decision making and community development initiatives locally.
