This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance in companies in the plastic injection molding manufacturing industry in the MM2100 Industrial Park. The background of this study stems from the manufacturing industry, which is characterized by high levels of competition and performance demands. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving the distribution of questionnaires to employees as respondents. The population consists of employees working at companies in the plastic injection molding manufacturing sector within the MM2100 Industrial Park. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method, with a sample size of 150 respondents who met the study’s criteria. The data analysis method employed was Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
