Abstract - This study aims to analyze the sales and inventory business processes in an automotive showroom and to design an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system blueprint. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach at the planning, analysis, and design stages, combined with Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to redesign business processes. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies in an automotive showroom in Batam. The results indicate that business processes are still dominated by manual recording and are not yet integrated across divisions, resulting in data inconsistency, delayed reporting, and potential duplication of records. Through system requirements analysis, a proposed business process model (To-Be) was developed that integrates sales and inventory modules in real time within a centralized database. The resulting ERP system blueprint is considered capable of improving operational efficiency, information accuracy, and supporting managerial decision-making. This study contributes theoretically to ERP design studies in the automotive showroom sector and practically as a reference for developing integrated information systems in similar companies.
