Increasing coffee growth can be done by inducing callus through in vitro culture propagation using Murashige and Skoog (MS) media with the addition of various concentrations of NAA. This research aims to determine the growth of coffee leaf callus explants in MS media with the addition of various concentrations of NAA in vitro and find out which concentration is best for the growth of coffee leaf callus explants in MS media in vitro. Coffee callus explants were cultured in MS media with the addition of various concentrations of NAA. This research used a randomized block design (CRD) and data was analyzed in percentage terms. The results of the research showed that the treatment of adding an NAA concentration of 2 ppm to MS media could increase the growth percentage of robusta coffee leaf callus explants. An NAA concentration of 2 ppm is the best concentration for culturally propagating coffee leaf callus explants in vitro.
