<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology, particularly in internet utilization, has driven various industrial sectors to adopt digital systems to enhance service efficiency and quality. PO. SARAH GROUP, an intercity transportation service company operating in West Sumatra, faces challenges in financial recording that remain manual, lack transparency, and are slow in reporting. This research aims to design and develop a web-based operational data recording and management information system that improves recording accuracy, accelerates information access, and supports real-time data-driven decision-making. The system was developed using the Agile method with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. Expert validation tests indicated a system validity level of 75%, classified as fairly valid, while effectiveness testing achieved a score of 100%, indicating full functionality as intended. System features include daily, weekly, and monthly income recording, financial report generation, and graphical visualization of income fluctuations. The system is expected to provide a comprehensive solution for enhancing managerial efficiency and supporting the sustainable digital transformation of PO. SARAH GROUP.
