<![CDATA[Speaking skills are a crucial aspect of Indonesian language learning in elementary schools. However, preliminary observations in the second-grade class at SDN 8 Gedong Air revealed that students' speaking skills had not yet developed optimally. This study aimed to develop "TV Box" learning media, determine its feasibility and practicality, and assess its effectiveness in improving the speaking skills of second-grade students at SDN 8 Gedong Air. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which comprises the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of six students for the small-group trial and 24 students for the field trial. Data were collected through observations, interviews, validation questionnaires (completed by subject matter, media, and language experts), response questionnaires (from teachers and students), and pre- and post-tests. The results indicate that the animated image-based TV Box learning media is highly feasible, highly practical, and sufficiently effective in supporting the improvement of speaking skills among second-grade students at SDN 8 Gedong Air, Bandar Lampung.]]>
