Workshop Work Order document management plays an important role in vehicle maintenance and repair service administration as it supports document verification, archiving, and billing preparation processes. This study aims to analyze the PKB document management process, identify the causes of document incompleteness, and propose improvements to document control at Company X. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that incomplete supporting documents still occur, particularly in vehicle photos, driver's license/vehicle registration documents, quotations, and quotation approval documents. Fishbone analysis revealed that the problem is influenced by human, method, material, and supporting system factors, mainly due to the large number of documents requiring verification and the manual inspection process. As an improvement effort, a document completeness checklist is proposed to support a more systematic verification process and minimize administrative errors.
