The aim of this research is to examine how much of an impact land area and CPO production make onIndonesia’s CPO exports between 1992 and 2025. There has been an ongoing trend of an increasing amount ofCPO exports by Indonesia as a result of high international demand coming from such countries as India, China, and Pakistan. Nevertheless, the quantity of the exports is affected by numerous internal factors among whichone can name the CPO production and the land area. The stability of the CPO production as a key non-oil andgas export commodity should be preserved, and it is necessary to determine the factors that have a strong effecton Indonesia’s CPO exports. This study will consider the internal factors of oil palm land area and CPOproduction as one model within the period of 1991-2025 (34 years). This research adopts a time series data setof a longer duration compared to previous researchers; hence, it enables a more stable and comprehensiveanalysis of the dynamic of CPO exports of Indonesia. The model employed in this research is the ordinary leastsquares (OLS) method for identifying the direction and intensity of impact of each variable both concurrentlyand partially on CPO exports. The findings of this research show that the plantation area of oil palms and theproduction of CPO have a positive and significant impact on CPO exports of Indonesia. Higher production ofCPO and optimal utilization of productive land areas are among the major elements that enhance CPO exportsof Indonesia in the period between 1992 and 2025. However, export performance is further shaped by externalfactors, such as fluctuations in global CPO prices, movements in the rupiah exchange rate, international tradepolicies, and sustainability regulations imposed by destination countries.
