<![CDATA[One way to help meet kids' nutritional needs is through the Free Nutritious Food (MBG) Program, which is expected to boost their nutrition and focus in school. This study aims to see how the Free Nutritious Food Program is run and how it relates to the nutrition status and learning focus of fifth graders at SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo. The research uses a mixed methods approach, blending both quantitative and qualitative methods in one study. The sample included 68 fifth graders who met the inclusion criteria. Quantitative data came from observing the MBG program, taking anthropometric measurements to check nutrition based on BMI-for-age, and the Grid Concentration Test to measure learning focus, while qualitative data was gathered through interviews about how the program is carried out. Based on the study's findings, it was found that 41 students (60.3%) had optimal MBG implementation, 46 students (67.6%) had a normal nutritional status, and 38 students (55.9%) had good learning concentration. The Chi-Square test results showed a strong relationship between MBG implementation and nutritional status (p=0.000) as well as students' learning concentration (p=0.000). Qualitative findings also supported the study results by showing that scheduling, coordination, and providing food that meets students' nutritional needs improved the optimal implementation of the MBG program at SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo. However, there is still a need to evaluate menu changes regularly, conduct periodic evaluations, and improve program coordination. Thus, it can be concluded that the nutritional status and learning concentration of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Lubuk Harjo are highly related to the implementation of the MBG program.]]>
