The Family Income Improvement Business Group (UP2K) in Purwosari II Village, Tamban District, Barito Kuala Regency manages home-based food enterprises but faces several challenges, including packaging that does not comply with Home Food Industry (IRTP) standards, inadequate business administration, limited use of appropriate technology, and conventional marketing. This community service program aimed to strengthen the institutional capacity of the UP2K group through IRTP-based packaging innovation, improved business management, appropriate technology, and digital marketing. The program applied a participatory approach consisting of socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments involving 20 participants. The results showed that participants' average understanding increased significantly from 36.4% in the pre-test to 100% in the post-test. All participants were able to design product packaging and labels that complied with IRTP standards, prepare simple bookkeeping records, apply appropriate technology in the packaging process, and utilize digital media for product promotion. The program also improved packaging quality, making it more informative and compliant with food labeling principles, thereby increasing product value and competitiveness. Overall, the program strengthened the institutional capacity of the UP2K group and supported sustainable business development through improved management practices and digital marketing
