Character education in mathematics learning at SDN 3 Muara Beliti has not been integrated optimally, as classroom practice remains predominantly focused on cognitive and procedural achievement. Teachers also face difficulties in translating character values into mathematics learning activities and developing appropriate teaching materials. This community service program aimed to strengthen teachers’ capacity to design and implement mathematics learning integrated with character values through training, collaborative development of teaching materials, classroom practice, and mentoring. The program involved 12 classroom teachers and employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach comprising needs identification, collaborative planning, capacity building, teaching material development, guided classroom practice, evaluation, and follow-up. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test comparisons, classroom observation, product review, and reflective discussions. The average post-test score was 40% higher than the pre-test score. The program also produced five validated character-based mathematics teaching modules containing learning plans, student worksheets, character assessment rubrics, and teacher reflection guidelines. Classroom implementation demonstrated the integration of values such as honesty and environmental responsibility into contextual mathematics activities. The program provides practical resources and mentoring experiences that can support the continued implementation of character-based mathematics learning within the Kurikulum Merdeka framework.
