This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of training, incentives, and motivation on the performance of IMP cadres in Bulungan Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consists of 81 IMP cadres, all of whom were included as respondents using a census technique. Data were collected using a Likert scale and analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS. The research results indicate that: (1) Individually, training does not have a positive and significant effect on performance; (2) Individually, the provision of incentives does not have a positive and significant effect on performance; (3) Individually, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance; and (4) Simultaneously, training, incentives, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.567, meaning that 56.7% of the variation in performance can be explained by these three independent variables, while the remaining 43.3% is influenced by factors outside this study.
