In theory there are only 2 types of business typologies, namely craftsman entrepreneur and opportunistic entrepreneur. Both have unique and different characteristics in carrying out the pace of their business, including the technical and strategic steps to determine a sustainable business. In this case the pattern of leadership and knowledge of business and business orientation certainly plays its role which in turn will provide final confirmation of the sustainability of a business activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of leadership roles, knowledge of management and business orientation towards business performance. This study took a sample of business people with SME status in Makassar City. Research approach with quantitative analysis with linear regression analysis method. The results of this study stated that leadership strategy, knowledge management and business orientation had no significant effect on the performance of SMEs.

Kepuasan konsumen adalah tingkat perasaan konsumen setelah membandingkan antara apa yang dia terima dan harapannya. Seorang pelanggan, jika merasa puas dengan nilai yang diberikan oleh produk atau jasa, sangat besar kemungkinannya menjadi pelanggan dalam waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui analisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap pengguna kartu kuota Three (3) yang terdapat di Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini melalui data yang telah diperoleh dari wawancara dengan menggunakan 14 pertanyaan kepada 20 informan yang menggunakan kartu kuota Three di Kota Makassar, dengan tempat yang berbeda yaitu Timur,Barat, Selatan dan Utara, untuk melihat seberapa besar respon dari ke 4 arah tersebut terhadap pengguna kartu kuota Three (3). Kemudian penulis menyatukan data wawancara yang telah dikumpulkan hasil jawaban beberapa informan mengenai kepuasan pengguna kartu kuota Three (3) di Kota Makassar. This study aims to analyze the relationship between virtual communities variabel on consumer purchase decision with brand equity as mediating vaiable. The sample in this study was selected with the 100 respondent with Snowball sampling and data colletion with survey. This study uses the PLS method. Next is a hypothesis to test whether there is a relationship between virtual communities, brand equity, and purchasing decisions at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Makassar. The analytical tool used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Research using WarpPLS 6.0 program. The result of this study state Virtual communities are established to significantly affect purchasing decisions; Virtual communities are proven to have a significant positive effect on brand equity; The Virtual Communities variable shows a solid and dominant influence on brand equity compared to other variables; This study has provided findings on the effect of Virtual Communities on purchasing decisions through brand equity. Virtual Communities will have a role in delivering information that can produce word of mouth and become a choice for prospective buyers to see reviews and the advantages of products. That can be a consideration for companies in developing their marketing strategies, especially in building customer loyalty to the brand.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of food and beverage variables on purchasing preferences. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to MSME stakeholders in five sub-districtsspread across the city of Makassar. Hypothesis testing here involves the use of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that food and beverage variables have a strong effect on purchase intent.Background: Buying interest in consumers is a very important phenomenon in marketing activities. Buying interest is consumer behavior that bases the purchase decision to be made". From the above opinion, it can be said that the buying interest arises from within a consumer after consuming and feeling repository.unimus.ac.id 4 own benefits received when consuming a product. Consumer buying interest can be influenced by product quality. Some of the descriptions above, the author is interested in knowing the relationship between Product Quality and Buying Interest, so the researcher conducted a study entitled Based on the description above, the purpose of this study is to test whether the product has an effect on consumer interest in shopping for MSME Actors.Method: The respondents here are MSMEs in Makassar City. This research method uses purposeful sampling method. The duration of this study was carried out for 3 months due to the time of distribution of questionnaires and the coverage covered by all MSME actors in the city of Makassar. For the evaluation of each statement item using a 5-point Likert scale, where 1 strongly disagrees and 5 strongly agrees. Hypothesis testing is performed using simple linear regression analysis. The formulaof the regression equation is: Y = a +b1X1+eResult: The product has a positive effect on the desire to buy. This can be seen from the significance value smaller than alpha 0.000 (<0.05)which indicates a significant influence. A positive beta value of 0.464means that the influence of the product on customer decisions is positive.That is, the better and more diverse products offered by MSME agents,the more people are interested in making purchases. This can be seenfrom the significance value below alpha 0.000 (<0.05) which indicates the effect of having a positive beta value of 0.345. This means that the effect of price on purchase intention is positive. Conclusion: From the results of research and discussion, several things can be concluded. First, the variety and quality of products offered by small and medium-sized businesses arouses interest and desire to buy from customers andpotential consumers. Second, attractive prices also encourage consumers to buy bamboo products from MSME players.

Volume kendaraan pribadi besar yang beraktifitas di jalan raya, menimbulkan permasalahan diantaranya terjadi kemacetan yang disebabkan kepadatan lalu lintas,. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persentase kualitas pelayanan armada bus dalam melayani masyarakat pengguna. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data primer yang diperoleh dari lapangan yaitu Software Microsoft Excel 2010. Adapun hasil penelitian, yaitu: persentase kualitas layanan terhadap penumpang sebesar 4%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan armada bus terhadap penumpang, diperoeh dari nilai pelayanan operator armada sebesar 1566 (48%), kategori cukup baik; nilai pelayanan operator armada bus sebesar 720 (56%), kategori cukup baik; sehingga diperoleh pesentase jumlah penumpang armada bus sebesar 4%.. The volume of large private vehicles that are active on the highway, causes problems including congestion caused by traffic density,. The purpose of the study was to determine the percentage of the service quality of the bus fleet in serving the user community. The method used to process primary data obtained from the field is Microsoft Excel 2010 software. The results of the study are: the percentage of service quality to passengers is 4%. So it can be concluded that the service quality of the bus fleet to passengers is obtained from the service value of the fleet operator of 1566 (48%), the category is quite good; the service value of the bus fleet operator is 720 (56%), quite good category; so that the percentage of the number of passengers in the bus fleet is 4%.

The result of the calculation using the software SPSS version 17.0 Fhitung result 10 277 . In Table Model Summary (b) is known by 3 DF1 and DF2 of 96. With α level of 5% , then it can be known Ftabel of 2.33. Therefore Fhitung greater than Ftable (10 277 > 2.33) , then Ho is rejected . This implies that the independent variable ( X1-3 ) jointly have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y) . In other words that characteristic , direct marketing , and word of mouth are analyzed simultaneously have a significant influence on the improvement of the performance of SMEs . The coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square of 0.571 means that 57.10 % of variation of the variable performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs ) can be explained by the characteristic variable (X1), direct marketing (X2) , and word of mouth (X3). While 57.10 % is explained by other variables not included in the model

Bank is a financial institution that aims to make a profit. This profit is obtained from the management of funds from the community. Profitability is the bank's ability to generate / earn profits as measured by the ROA ratio. Return On Assets (ROA) is one way to measure the level of a bank's ability to make a profit. This study aims to examine profitability which is influenced by Earning Assets, Operating Income, Operational Expenses, and Profit Sharing for Fund Owners at PT BPRS Seurambi Mekah Kota Langsa. In this study using quantitative data because it analyzes data in the form of numbers / numerics. Data obtained based on the publication of Annual Bank, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that Productive Activities and Operational Expenses have a significant effect on profitability, and profit sharing on fund owners has no significant effect on profitability.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of work culture and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of North Penajam Paser. This study uses a quantitative method to assess the Influence of Work Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of North Penajam Paser. Data were obtained from 42 employees using questionnaires and primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics, including classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression to evaluate variable influences. The results show that work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant relationship with employee performance, and work culture and work discipline together have a significant influence on employee performance. For research suggestions, as a strategy to maintain work culture and work discipline at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of North Penajam Paser, creating and implementing a reward or incentive system as a form of appreciation for employees who consistently demonstrate high commitment to work culture and work discipline. The reward system may include bonuses, public recognition, or career development opportunities as additional motivation for dedicated employees.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Competence, Organizational Commitment and motivation on Employee Performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency partially and jointly. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research using Multiple Linear Regression data analysis using SPSS software. Primary data was obtained from respondents, namely employees of the National Unity and Politics Agency for North Penajam Paser Regency. The population was 45 ASN and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling, meaning the entire population was sampled in this study. The results of the research show that partially there is a positive influence between Competence, Organizational Commitment and Motivation on the Performance of Employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency. Together, there is also a positive influence between Competence, Organizational Commitment and motivation on the Performance of Employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency.

This aims to measure public services, information technology, and taxpayer compliance in increasing the effectiveness of tax revenue through the role of communication quality at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province. This quantitative research data collection was carried out by questionnaire to 63 respondents. The results of the returned and valid questionnaires were 63 people. Data processing using descriptive statistical analysis with validity test methods, reliability tests and classical assumption tests using the SPSS program. The testing technique often used by researchers to test validity is to use path analysis. and using the questionnaire reliability test method in the study used the Cronbach's Alpha method with a correlation limit of 0.7, it is said that the item provides a sufficient level of reliability. The classic assumption test is a normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study concluded that based on the path analysis test, the results of the direct and indirect effects of Public Services (X1), Information Technology (X2), and Taxpayer Compliance (X3) on the Effectiveness of Tax Revenue (Y) through Communication Quality (Z) showed that the direct effect was smaller than the indirect effect.
