This study examined the associations of physical fitness and healthy lifestyle with the performance of Indonesian Navy Frogman personnel. A cross-sectional correlational design was used with 20 active personnel from Fleet Command I selected through purposive sampling. Physical fitness scores were obtained from official readiness records covering the 12-minute run, pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, and shuttle run; healthy lifestyle was measured using a 25-item questionnaire; and performance was based on direct-supervisor ratings. T-scores reported in the thesis appendix were reanalyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression at an alpha level of .05. Physical fitness was positively but not significantly associated with performance (r = .344, p = .137), as was healthy lifestyle (r = .425, p = .062). The combined model yielded R = .519, R² = .270, adjusted R² = .184, and F(2,17) = 3.138, p = .069. Physical fitness (B = .304, p = .168) and healthy lifestyle (B = .408, p = .078) both showed positive coefficients, but their 95% confidence intervals included zero. The findings indicate potentially meaningful trends but do not provide sufficient statistical evidence for causal or significant effects. The small sample, restricted participant characteristics, and cross-sectional design warrant cautious interpretation.
