The current paper discussed the serious problem of inventory management of Ground Support Equipment tire of PT Gapura Angkasa. Lack of proper inventory management has led to certain threats including unit grounding and out of stock during the peak period that impacted the timeliness of the flights. In order to solve the problem, the aim was to optimize the allocation of the inventory by determining priority inventory items on the basis of the total accumulated investment value. The Always Better Control (ABC) technique was employed to identify eighteen types of GSE tires by spending data in year 2025 for the total value of Rp 5.06 billion. The findings of the research have revealed that class A includes four types of tires comprising 22.2% of total items and 67% of total investment value. There were five items in class B making 24%, while class C included nine items (9%).
