The development of international relations in the era of globalization demands a system of relations between states capable of realizing peace, justice, and cooperation. In this context, Islamic constitutional law offers principles that are relevant to the modern constitutional system. This study aims to analyze the principles of international relations from the perspective of Islamic constitutional law and examine their relevance and harmonization with the modern constitutional system. This research is a normative legal study with a conceptual approach and a legislative approach, supported by a literature study of the Qur'an, hadith, books, and scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that the principles of international relations in Islamic constitutional law, namely peace, justice, cooperation, respect for agreements, and state sovereignty, are in accordance with the principles in the modern constitutional system. The harmonization of the two systems indicates that the values of Islamic constitutional law are universal and remain relevant in addressing the dynamics of contemporary international relations. This study recommends strengthening the study of fiqh siyasah as a foundation for the development of constitutional law and international relations that are just and oriented towards the welfare of the people.
