Hidayah : Cendekia Pendidikan Islam dan Hukum Syariah, Jurnal ini ditujukan untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia, adalah sebuah jurnal yang menggabungkan dua bidang penting dalam studi Islam: pendidikan Islam dan hukum syariah. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan pemikiran kritis, analisis mendalam, dan penelitian terbaru dalam upaya memahami keterkaitan antara pendidikan Islam dan hukum syariah. Setiap edisi jurnal ini menampilkan artikel-artikel yang membahas berbagai aspek dari dua bidang tersebut. Ini mencakup diskusi tentang pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum syariah, strategi pengajaran yang mempromosikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hukum-hukum Islam, serta implikasi hukum syariah dalam konteks pendidikan modern. Jurnal ini terbit 1 tahun 4 kali (Maret, Juni, September, dan Desember).

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of implementing shalawat on the level of student self-confidence at SDN 16 Bansa. Shalawat is prayer and praise to the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is often practiced in the daily lives of Muslims. The research method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design, involving two groups: an experimental group that followed the application of shalawat and a control group that did not. The instrument used was a questionnaire to measure students' level of self-confidence before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results of the research show that the application of shalawat has a significant positive impact on increasing the level of student self-confidence at SDN 16 Bansa.

Abstract

The Integrated Islamic School concept represents an educational approach that integrates a secular curriculum with Islamic values ​​in an educational environment. This approach aims to create a holistic learning environment, where students' academic, spiritual and moral aspects are the main focus. This research explores the implementation and impact of the Integrated Islamic School concept, highlighting how the integration of religious values ​​in the curriculum can influence students' overall development. The research method used for analysis is descriptive from literature and case studies from several Integrated Islamic Schools that have implemented this concept. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of the importance of integrating religious values ​​in the context of modern education.

Abstract

This research reviews Hamka's views on the role of teachers in the context of Islamic education. Hamka, as a well-known Islamic thinker and educator, provides an in-depth understanding of the characteristics and responsibilities of a teacher in forming a generation of faithful and moral Muslims. His thinking includes aspects such as teaching methods, morality, and commitment to students' personal development. Through a literature analysis approach, this research documents Hamka's valuable contributions and thoughts in the development of Islamic education.

Abstract

This research discusses student character development through the implementation of a Quran reading literacy program at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Pua. This program aims to improve students' understanding and skills in reading the Koran, as well as to form strong characters based on Islamic values. The research method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design, where students were divided into an experimental group that took part in the Quran reading literacy program and a control group that did not take part in the program. Data was collected through Quran reading comprehension tests and character scales. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The research results show that the implementation of the Quran reading literacy program significantly increases students' understanding of Quran reading and shapes their character in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

This research discusses the important role of teaching religious subjects in shaping students' religious attitudes at SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya. Religion teachers have a big responsibility in developing students' religious understanding, appreciation and practice. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and structured interviews with religious teachers and students. The research results show that the role of religious teachers is very influential in shaping students' religious attitudes, with a focus on learning moral and spiritual values ​​in the context of Islamic education at school.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic education values in the school curriculum as an effort to form Islamic character in students. By using descriptive qualitative method, this research examines how spiritual, moral, and social aspects in Islam can be applied in various subjects. The results show that the integration of Islamic values in the curriculum has a positive impact on the formation of students' morals, discipline, and responsibility in everyday life.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of sharia law in the Islamic economic system in Indonesia, focusing on the challenges and opportunities faced. This research uses the method of literature study and interviews with Islamic economic practitioners. The results show that although the regulation of Islamic economics is growing, there are still challenges in terms of public understanding, limited competent human resources, and competition with conventional economic systems. Therefore, a more effective strategy is needed in improving Islamic economic literacy, strengthening regulations, and developing Islamic financial institutions in order to contribute more to the national economy.

Abstract

This research examines how Islamic education plays a role in raising awareness of sharia law among Muslim communities. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores the methods of teaching Islamic law in Islamic boarding schools, madrasas, and Islamic universities. The results show that Islamic education based on the understanding of the Qur'an and Hadith can increase awareness of sharia law and compliance with Islamic rules in daily life.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of fatwa of Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in the development of Islamic financial products in Indonesia. By using document analysis method and interviews with Islamic scholars and practitioners, this study found that MUI's fatwa has a strategic role in providing sharia legitimacy to various Islamic financial products. However, the main challenge faced is the lack of public understanding of the principles of Islamic finance.

Abstract

This article explores the concept of religious moderation in the Islamic perspective and how Islamic education can play a role in maintaining harmony amid diversity. Using the literature study method and qualitative analysis, this research shows that moderate Islamic values, such as tolerance, deliberation, and ukhuwah Islamiyah, must be instilled early on through Islamic education. Religious moderation education is proven to be able to prevent radicalism and build an inclusive attitude in social life.
