<![CDATA[The rapid advancement of information technology has driven digital transformation in learning and academic assessment processes. However, at SMAN 7 Kabupaten Tangerang, the management of learning materials, assignments, attendance, grades, and examinations is still carried out using several separate platforms that are not yet integrated, resulting in inefficient academic management. In addition, the implementation of online examinations remains vulnerable to academic dishonesty. This study aims to develop a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) integrated with a Computer Based Test (CBT) application implementing a Browser Locking mechanism to support the learning process while improving the integrity of online examinations. The research employed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS. The results indicate that the developed system successfully integrates learning and academic assessment processes into a single platform, performs automated grading, and detects violations during online examinations through the Browser Locking mechanism, making the examination process more effective, controlled, and reliable while enhancing academic integrity.]]>
