Abstract

ABSTRACTLeaf lectuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is one of the plant have high nutricion, especially mineral to accelerate absorption to decease fever. The research aim to know the effect of paddy straw bokashi fertilizer on growth and yield of leaf lectuce in pollybag. This research was conducted in farmer field in Kayu Tanduk village, X Koto district, Tanah Datar regency from May 2013 until August in 2013. The research was design of this research was a experimental research, with Randomized Completely Design (RCD), with 6 treatment and 5 repitition. Each treatment A control (300 gr manure), B 100gr of paddy straw bokashi/pollybag, C 150 gr /pollybag, D 200 gr/pollybag, E 250 gr/pollybag, F 300 gr/pollybag. To analyze the date, used ANOVA and BNT 5% standard. The result of this research, shows that the paddy straw bokashi fertilizer input have significant effect on fresh weight of plant. But not significantly for quantity of leaf in 5% standard. The researcher conclude that straw was given with 150 gr/pollybag doce forward leaf lectuces saw increasing growth and result.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "fiscal independence, fiscal dependence, and fiscal effectiveness in Central Lombok Regency". The type of research used in this study is Descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in the study is time series data. The data is analyzed using the Fiscal Independence Ratio, Fiscal Dependence Ratio, and Fiscal Effectiveness Ratio. The results of this study indicate that the Fiscal Independence of Central Lombok Regency in 2019-2023 shows a classification of "Not yet independent" with values of 11.04%, 11.55%, 8.95%, 12.21%, and 13.78%, then the Fiscal Dependence of Central Lombok Regency in 2019-2023 is in the "Very high" classification with values of 90.02%, 89.59%, 91.70%, 89.01%, and 87.78%, while the Fiscal Effectiveness of Central Lombok Regency in 2019-2023 shows a classification of "ineffective" with values of 9.51%, 9.83%, 7.73%, 10.80%, and 12.06%.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) memainkan peran penting dalam mengelola informasi dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi. Review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penelitian terkini terkait penerapan, tantangan, dan dampak teknologi pada SIM. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, namun menghadapi hambatan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan biaya implementasi. Dengan adopsi teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan dan cloud computing, potensi SIM dapat lebih dioptimalkan untuk mendukung organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar. Kesimpulan dari review ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi teknologi modern untuk memaksimalkan manfaat SIM.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based school payment information system using the Agile method at SMK Mutiara Bangsa Cengkareng.The school’s financial management process was still conducted manually using ledgers and spreadsheets, risking data errors and reporting delays.Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and documentation studies.The system was developed iteratively using Agile development cycles, involving stakeholders at each sprint stage.The final result is a web-based application that facilitates payment input, financial reports, transaction history, and role-based access for administrators, staff, teachers, students, and parents.The system improved efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in the school's financial administration.
