Digital marketing creates opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to broaden promotional reach, yet the use of emerging technologies is still constrained by differences in digital literacy and practical skills. This community service activity aimed to assist women members of the PKK organization in Welahan Wetan Village in understanding and practicing the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support MSME product promotion. The activity was conducted on 27 July 2026 as part of the Universitas Al-Irsyad Cilacap community service program in Ampian Hamlet, Welahan Wetan Village, Adipala District, Cilacap Regency. A participatory approach was applied through needs identification, material delivery, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussion, and descriptive evaluation. The training covered the use of AI to draft social-media captions, generate marketing-content ideas, support promotional design, and improve product-photo presentation. The activity provided participants with practical experience in using AI as a digital-marketing support tool and encouraged active discussion. Nevertheless, differences in participants’ digital skills and limited device availability remained practical constraints, indicating the need for continued assistance. Practice-oriented mentoring can therefore serve as a relevant introductory strategy for community-level adoption of AI-assisted MSME promotion.
