This study was motivated by the fact that the development of e-government at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office has not been implemented optimally. This is reflected in the insufficient availability of competent human resources, inadequate technological infrastructure, and ineffective dissemination of e-government services to the public. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research method involving six informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that, based on the analysis of e-government implementation at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office using Richardus Eko Indrajit's theory through the dimensions of Support, Capacity, and Value, the implementation of e-government has been carried out; however, it has not yet reached an optimal level. Keywords: E-government development, service quality, Health Office.
