Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems related to the Implementation of the Standards for Measurement of DPRD Oversight Activities in Population Administration Services at the Population and Civil Registration Service which are caused by the measurement of activities in the implementation of DPRD supervision work visits that have not run optimally. This study aims to find out more about the results of analyzing the Oversight Function so that it can run optimally. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques in this study started from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the DPRD's oversight function in Adminduk Services has been running, seen from the dimensions of setting supervision standards, comparing supervision standards with the results of work implementation and corrective actions. However, it has not run optimally seen from the dimensions of measuring the implementation of the work in terms of direct observation and inspection indicators in the field. Seeing the point of problems in the Service when there are problems, immediately looking for solutions to solve them. The DPRD's supervisory function in Adminduk Services based on the dimensions of the supervisory function includes: Observation and direct inspection in the field have not run optimally. In measuring and assessing work results, having standard measurement tools, oral and written reports, deviations, factors causing deviations, changing standards, and changing measurement activities have been running optimally.

Abstract

his study examines the effectiveness of village asset management in Ciakar Village, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency. This village has strategic assets of great value, such as the Ciakar Multipurpose Reservoir established in 2019 using the state budget of Rp. 12,500,000,000, and Murbey Nature Tourism with an asset area of 176,400 m2, but the two land assets have not provided economic benefits for the community and Village Original Income (PADes). The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze in more depth about: The Effectiveness of Village Asset Management based on the concept of asset management according to Siregar, (2004), namely: asset inventory, legal audit, asset valuation, asset optimization, asset supervision and control. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews through purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique refers to the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of village asset management in Ciakar Village, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency has not been effective in the five dimensions studied. Asset inventory is still carried out unsystematically with data that is not up-to-date, legal audits have not been carried out seriously, it is proven that there is no legal basis for some assets, asset valuations have not been carried out regularly and standardized so that the economic value of assets is not measurable, asset optimization has not been achieved due to the lack of institutional cooperation and potential-based planning on assets, and asset supervision and control are still administrative without physical evaluation. routine and adequate community participation. The researcher recommends a comprehensive overhaul of the asset management system, including updating inventory data, completing asset legality, periodic asset assessments, preparing strategic plans, and strengthening a transparent and participatory supervisory system.Keywords: Effectiveness, Village Asset Management, Asset Management, Ciakar Village

Abstract

This study was motivated by the fact that the development of e-government at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office has not been implemented optimally. This is reflected in the insufficient availability of competent human resources, inadequate technological infrastructure, and ineffective dissemination of e-government services to the public. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research method involving six informants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that, based on the analysis of e-government implementation at the Tasikmalaya City Health Office using Richardus Eko Indrajit's theory through the dimensions of Support, Capacity, and Value, the implementation of e-government has been carried out; however, it has not yet reached an optimal level.
