This study aims to analyze the level of work fatigue experienced by employees in the Export-Import Operational Division at PT MSA Kargo and to identify the factors influencing it, including workload, shift work system, working hours, time pressure, and workplace environmental conditions. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of work fatigue among employees in the Export-Import Operational Division at PT MSA Kargo. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed to describe the employees' working conditions, experiences, and the factors contributing to work fatigue based on actual workplace situations. The results indicate that the level of work fatigue among employees in the Export-Import Operational Division at PT MSA Kargo is relatively high, particularly during periods of intensive operational activities. The fatigue experienced includes both physical and mental aspects, characterized by complaints of physical weakness, muscle pain, headaches, and decreased work concentration. The primary factors contributing to work fatigue include excessive workload, working hours exceeding the normal schedule, and frequent overtime, all of which reduce employees' opportunities for adequate rest and recovery.
