<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision in strengthening teachers' pedagogic competence in the application of deep learning in UPTD SD Negeri 12 Metro Central. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data was obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation of school principals, deputy principals for curriculum, and six teachers. The results of the study show that academic supervision is carried out through collaborative planning, observation, evaluation, and follow-up. The results of the observation showed the achievement of learning planning by 75%, learning implementation by 100%, assessment and reflection by 87.5%, and the use of technology and learning media by 100%. Barriers include limitations in understanding deep learning, time, and resources. Solutions are carried out through mentoring, In House Training (IHT), learning communities, flexible scheduling, and school resource optimization.]]>
