The high level of Turnover Intention among Generation Z employees challenges organizations by raising recruitment costs and disrupting effectiveness. This study examined the effect of Organizational Career Growth and Work-Life Balance on Turnover Intention, with Job Satisfaction as a mediator among Generation Z employees. Using a quantitative cross-sectional design, 200 respondents were selected through purposive sampling and analyzed with SEM-PLS via SmartPLS 4. Results showed Organizational Career Growth and Work-Life Balance had significant positive effects on Job Satisfaction (β = 0.505 and 0.453; p = 0.000) and significant negative effects on Turnover Intention (β = -0.442 and -0.185). Job Satisfaction negatively affected Turnover Intention (β = -0.272; p = 0.000) and partially mediated both relationships. Organizations should enhance career development opportunities and work-life balance policies to reduce Generation Z turnover.
