<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the limited video learning media specifically addressing casual shirt collar sewing techniques in the Family Clothing Production course at the Family Welfare Education Study Program, Universitas Negeri Padang, which caused students difficulty in understanding practical stages independently. This study aims to develop a video learning media on casual shirt collar sewing techniques and to determine the validity and practicality of the developed media. The research utilized a Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4-D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Data collection instruments included observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The validity test involved 4 validators (2 material experts and 2 media experts), while the practicality test involved 1 lecturer, 10 students in a small-group trial, and 20 students in a large-group trial. Results indicated material validity of 94.34% and media validity of 87.85%, with an overall average of 91.10% (very valid). The practicality test by the lecturer obtained 94.22%, the small-group trial 93.78%, and the large-group trial 93.64%, with an overall average of 93.88% (very practical). The dissemination phase demonstrated that the video is feasible as a supporting tool for practical learning. Thus, the developed video learning media is declared highly valid, highly practical, and suitable for instructional use.]]>
