<![CDATA[This research was motivated by learning of neckline-finishing material in the Basic Fashion subject that was still dominated by lecturing and teacher demonstration, while the media used was limited to textbooks and printed job sheets, so it was less able to support students' independent learning and led to difficulties in following the correct sequence and technique of neckline finishing. This study aimed to develop a learning medium in the form of a neckline-finishing e-module for the Basic Fashion subject that is valid and practical for tenth-grade Fashion students of SMK Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D development model, limited to the define, design, and develop stages, while the disseminate stage was not carried out due to time, cost, and scope constraints. The instruments used were media-expert and material-expert validation questionnaires and a practicality questionnaire. Validation was carried out by two media experts and three material experts, while the practicality test involved one subject teacher, six students in a small-group trial, and twenty-two students in a large-group trial. The results showed a mean validity score of 96% from media experts and 95% from material experts, both in the very valid category, and mean practicality scores of 95.70% (teacher), 91% (small group), and 89% (large group), all in the very practical category. It can be concluded that the developed e-module is very valid and very practical for use as a learning medium.]]>
