<![CDATA[Eleventh-grade students in the Fashion Design Department at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai need instructional resources that can help them comprehend work procedures methodically and complete practical tasks more autonomously in order to receive practical instruction on the tie-dye technique. The purpose of this study was to develop a tie-dye technique jobsheet as a teaching resource and assess its validity and practicality. Based on the 4D model—Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate—the study used a Research and Development (R&D) strategy, with the research being restricted to the Develop stage. Thirty-three eleventh-grade students from SMK Negeri 1 Dumai's Fashion Design Department participated. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect the data, which were then analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. According to the results, the jobsheet had an average media validity score of 92.2% and a material validity score of 90.4%, both of which were deemed highly feasible. Both the teacher's and the students' responses to the practicality assessment were rated as highly practical, with an average score of 94.3% and 90.2%, respectively. These results show that the developed tie-dye technique jobsheet satisfies the requirements of validity and practicality and can be used as effective teaching material for eleventh-grade students in the SMK Negeri 1 Dumai Fashion Design Department.]]>
