<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of training, competence, and digital literacy on employee performance in the Asset and Investment Division of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BKAD) of Medan City. Employee performance is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of regional asset and investment management. Therefore, it is essential for employees to possess adequate training, strong competencies, and digital literacy skills that align with technological advancements.This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive and causal approach. The population consisted of 60 employees, all of whom were selected as research samples using a saturated sampling (census) technique. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS software.The results indicate that, partially, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and digital literacy also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, training, competence, and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Asset and Investment Division of BKAD Medan City. The coefficient of determination shows that variations in employee performance can be explained by training, competence, and digital literacy variables, while the remaining variance is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.]]>
