<![CDATA[This study aims to enhance knowledge in the fields of human resource management and leadership, as well as to provide practical contributions toward improving the operational performance of the Fire and Rescue Service. The main issue addressed in this study concerns the operational performance of personnel at the Dompu Regency Fire and Rescue Service, including differences in preparedness levels among teams, variations in response speed when dealing with fire incidents, and inconsistencies in coordination and communication patterns during operations. This research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory (causal-comparative) approach. The study population consisted of all members of the fire brigade within the Fire and Rescue Service, totaling 40 personnel who were selected as respondents using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through observation and the distribution of physical questionnaires and were subsequently analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that the situational leadership style of team commanders has a positive and significant effect on the operational performance of personnel at the Dompu Regency Fire and Rescue Service, with a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05).]]>
