<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Toga Jaya, located in Betengon Village, Dondo District, Tolitoli Regency. Betengon is a newly established village, a separation from Malala Village, which implemented the Village Law by forming a BUMDes to boost the village's economy and optimize the social and economic potential of its community. As a newly formed BUMDes, it still requires training to strengthen its institutional structure. The training focuses on reinforcing the pillars of BUMDes, namely governance, management, strategic partnerships, and business sustainability. The training method involved direct delivery of material at the Betengon Village hall. The content covered the legal basis of BUMDes, institutional structure, principles of good governance, innovation, and digitalization. The training also emphasized the importance of legal assistance for BUMDes, such as the enactment of a Village Regulation (Perdes), which is often neglected by many BUMDes. The results of this training indicate an increase in the skills and abilities of the management in innovating and managing the institutional structure. A key expected outcome is an improved understanding among the management in running the BUMDes professionally, transparently, and accountably. Overall, this activity is expected to enhance the capabilities of the BUMDes management. The conclusion of this activity is that strengthening human resources is the key to BUMDes sustainability and innovation. This activity is expected to serve as a basis for improving innovative capabilities in the future.]]>
