Background: The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is a commonly used exam format to assess the clinical skills competence of students. OSCE serves as an evaluation tool for clinical abilities. Aim : This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational activity on stress levels and the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) scores of students at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati. Methods: This research was conducted in June 2024. A total of 200 respondents were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a Google Form questionnaire, and statistical analysis was performed using the Spearman test. Results: The majority of respondents had very good OSCE scores (48%), were less active in organizational activities (81.5%), and had moderate stress levels (32%). The results of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between organizational activity and stress level (p-value = 0,931), and organizational activity and OSCE scores (p-value = 0.249). Conclusion: The study found no significant relationship between organizational activity on stress levels and OSCE scores among academic stage students of the 2021 and 2022 cohorts at FK UGJ.
