Low back pain (LBP) affects 619 million people globally, and the number of cases is projected to increase to 843 million by 2050, primarily driven by population growth and aging. The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between age and body position with the incidence of low back pain among Maxim online drivers in Bengkulu City in 2025. The research method used was an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique employed purposive sampling, with a sample size of 87 Maxim online drivers in Bengkulu. The results of the univariate analysis showed that most respondents (54%) were not at risk in terms of age among Maxim online drivers, most respondents (55.2%) were at risk in terms of body position among Maxim online drivers, and most respondents (57.5%) reported pain among Maxim online drivers. The bivariate analysis revealed a significant relationship between age (p = 0.000) and body position (p = 0.000) with the incidence of low back pain among Maxim online drivers in Bengkulu City in 2025. The researchers recommend that respondents pay more attention to their posture while driving to enhance comfort during work, and that online drivers in the high-risk age category engage in regular exercise to support worker health.
