<![CDATA[The Holtekamp village government is the pioneer of technology-based public service within the Muara Tami District of Jayapura. This community service initiative aims to improve the knowledge and skills of village officials regarding the evaluation of public service quality—specifically focusing on community satisfaction—through the use of descriptive statistics. Participants consisted of village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body (Bamuskam), and the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group, all of whom play an active role providing services to the public. By utilizing educational, socialization, and training strategies, the initiative was designed to the partners' specific needs and conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes. The initiative seeks to enhance evaluation practices rooted in scientific methods, promote objective decision-making, and ultimately improve both the institutional quality and the capacity of village government officials. The implementation of data-driven evaluation is expected to foster decision-making that is more objective, transparent, and accountable. Overall, this community service initiative yields benefits by strengthening the capacity of officials, enhancing institutional quality, and cultivating a culture of evidence-based, sustainable service evaluation. Consequently, the Holtekamp Village Government is expected to be capable of developing technology-based public services that are increasingly responsive to the community's needs.]]>
