ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of employee engaement and job characteristics on employee work productivity at the Agricultural Extenxion Service in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District. The data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and obeservation. The population in this study werw employee of the Office of the Agricultural Extenxion Center in Kasmaran Village, Babat Toman District. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents using Sugiyono’s theory. The sampling technique use the Probability Sampling technique, which is a technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample. The data processing technique of this study used the SPSS version 22 computer. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (F test) above, it is known that the significance value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y IS 0,000 < 0,05 and the calculated F value is 21, 068 > 3,34, so it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means there is the effect of X1 (Employee Engagement) and X2 (Job Characteristic) simultaneously on Y (Work Productivity).Keywords : Employee Engagement, Job Characteristic, and Work Productivity
