This research is motivated by the importance of shaping student character through the implementation of teaching strategies that focus not only on academic aspects but also on instilling Christian values. The title of this study is "Christian Value-Based Teaching Strategies and Their Impact on the Character of Grade V Students at SD Pelita Harapan, West Pontianak, Pontianak City." The study aims to examine the implementation of Christian value-based teaching strategies and their influence on the character of Grade V students at SD Pelita Harapan, West Pontianak, Pontianak City. The study population consisted of all 24 Grade V students at SD Pelita Harapan, West Pontianak, Pontianak City. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire comprising 15 statements: 10 items regarding the Christian Value-Based Teaching Strategy variable (X) and 5 items regarding the Student Character variable (Y). The results indicate that Christian value-based teaching strategies have been implemented excellently. This is evidenced by the high percentage of positive responses across all indicators, ranging from 87.50% to 100%. Teachers have demonstrated exemplary conduct in accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ and have encouraged students to pray and apply Christian values in their daily lives. Furthermore, the students' character was also rated in the "excellent" category; the majority of students demonstrated honesty and respect for teachers and parents. Consequently, the research hypothesis stating that Christian value-based teaching strategies influence student character is accepted.
