<![CDATA[The Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program is a government policy aimed at helping poor and vulnerable communities meet their basic needs and improve their well-being. However, its implementation at the nagari level still faces challenges, such as misalignment with target groups, data inaccuracies, and a lack of transparency in the selection of beneficiaries. This study aims to analyze the implementation process of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program, identify the factors that support and hinder its implementation, and describe its impact on the well-being of the community in Nagari Limo Kaum, Lima Kaum Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Informants were selected through purposive sampling and included the village chief, the village secretary, and community members receiving aid. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and the drawing of conclusions, with validity tested through source triangulation. The research findings indicate that, in general, the program’s implementation has proceeded in accordance with regulations and has helped the community meet their basic needs and maintain their household economic stability. However, its implementation has not been optimal due to discrepancies in beneficiary data, limited transparency of information, and differing perceptions regarding the fairness of distribution. Supporting factors include clear regulations, commitment from the village government, and interagency coordination, while constraining factors include budget constraints, data validity, and social dynamics within the community. Therefore, improvements in data collection, increased transparency, and strengthened community participation are necessary for the program to be more effective in improving community well-being.]]>
