<![CDATA[School libraries are an important component in supporting the learning process by providing information resources, academic services, and literacy development. However, the existence of a school library does not always guarantee optimal service management. This study aims to analyze library service management in supporting learning quality at State Junior High School 7 Muaro Jambi, particularly in terms of service planning, implementation, and management constraints. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, library manager, and teachers. Data was analyzed interactively through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that library service planning was conducted at the beginning of the academic year through the development of short- and medium-term work programs by considering students' needs, school programs, and budget availability. Library services included circulation, reference, reading-in-place, and literacy activities; however, their implementation was not yet optimal. The main constraints included the library manager's dual role as a teacher, limited time and librarianship competence, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, manual service administration, and students' low independent use of the library. The study emphasizes that optimizing the library's function as a learning resource center requires strengthening human resources, service quality, facilities, technology utilization, and integration of library programs with learning activities.]]>
