<![CDATA[Academic information management at SMK NU is predominantly handled through manual procedures, which results in delays in information dissemination, data inconsistency, and limited access for students. This study focuses on designing a mobile-based User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for an academic information system at SMK NU by applying the User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The UCD method was implemented through iterative stages, including analyzing the usage context, defining user requirements, developing design solutions, and conducting prototype evaluations with users. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and literature review involving students and teachers. The outcome of this research is an interactive mobile UI/UX prototype developed using Figma, emphasizing usability, efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction. The proposed design provides an academic information system interface that facilitates access to student data, academic information, schedules, attendance, and grades through an integrated platform. The design is intended to support future system implementation, improve information management, and enhance the quality and efficiency of academic services at SMK NU.]]>
