Abstract The program is a community empowerment activity that has the aim of prospering the community by utilizing existing natural resources, then processing them so that they can help the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Cimanggu Satu Village, with most of the community being farmers, inspired students and lecturers to process agricultural products. One of them is by processing the abundant spinach vegetables into chips and spinach sticks so that they can have a higher selling power than just selling the vegetables. The business that will be developed first is developed through the development of human resources (HR) through outreach activities to PKK mothers. By empowering PKK women in Cimanggu Satu Village to develop businesses, it is hoped that they can help the community's economy during the Covid-19 pandemic and can become community creations and innovations to open up business opportunities. Cognitive development in early childhood is a gradual process that requires active learning in the school environment. Teachers, as educational agents, play a crucial role in designing educative interactions and understanding the cognitive development of children. According to Jean Piaget's theory, cognitive development in children continues to evolve until it matches the thinking processes of adults. The Independent Kindergarten Education Foundation in Palembang accommodates children with diverse characteristics. To enhance children's focus and attention, the use of play media, especially picture number cards, is considered an effective learning strategy. This service aims to evaluate the impact of using picture number cards on the development of mathematical logic intelligence in children at the Independent Kindergarten. The service method involves planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The sample consists of 12 children, with 6 in the control group and 5 in the experimental group. The results show a significant improvement in children's logic and mathematics learning activities after the implementation of picture number cards. The average posttest scores indicate an improvement from the pretest, particularly in the experimental group. During the service, children are directly and actively involved, making picture number cards a playful tool that facilitates learning. This service contributes positively to the development of mathematical logic intelligence in Taman Kanak-Mandiri Palembang. The learning strategy using picture number cards can be an effective alternative in providing enjoyable educational services that support children's development

Drug abuse (narcotics, psychotropics and other addictive substances) is a serious problem that can threaten physical, mental and social health, especially in adolescents. This outreach program aims to provide education about the negative impacts of drug abuse on teenagers at Karang Taruna Tanjung Pinang. The method used is the delivery of educational material and outreach. The results of this program show an increase in participants' understanding of the dangers of drugs. Thus, this outreach not only contributes to prevention efforts at the community level but also becomes a model that can be adapted for similar prevention programs in various regions.

Community Service activities aim to provide skills to partners in developing interactive multimedia-based learning materials. The method used is the approach method which includes observation, interview and counseling. The implementation of this activity was carried out in two meetings or about two days, where the meeting was in the form of presentation of material, and continued with assistance in making multimedia-based learning materials until completion. The results obtained by participants can create interactive learning media with the Sothink SWF Easy application. The response results from participants gave positive statements.

This dedication implements and evaluates the e-recruitment system at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera to enhance the employee recruitment process. By employing a structured implementation method, from initial preparation to final evaluation, this dedication successfully introduces the integration of psychological assessments into the company's e-recruitment platform. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in HR team understanding and skills in using this new system, as well as enhanced efficiency in candidate selection. The final report and presentation of results to PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera management illustrate the benefits of implementing this technology in optimizing the recruitment process. With ongoing support and consultation, it is expected that this e-recruitment system will continue to deliver sustained positive impacts for the company. Fires are disasters that can occur suddenly and cause significant losses to both human lives and property. Conventional detection systems are generally limited to smoke or temperature alarms, making them less accurate and often slow in providing warnings. This study aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based fire detection system capable of providing real-time early fire warnings. The system employs an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, an MQ-2 sensor for flammable gas detection, and a flame sensor for direct flame detection. Sensor data are transmitted to the Firebase Real-time Database and forwarded as automatic notifications via the Telegram application. Testing was conducted on 400 data samples covering both fire and non-fire conditions, with performance evaluation using Precision, Recall, Accuracy metrics, and End-to-End Delay measurement. The results show an accuracy of 91%, precision of 88.55%, recall of 93.19%, and an average notification delivery delay of 2.804 seconds. These findings indicate that the system can detect fires effectively and responsively on a small scale, with potential for further development through additional sensors and testing in more complex environments.
