This community engagement program was motivated by the suboptimal documentation of Pandanajeng Village’s potential and the limited use of digital technology among MSME actors. The program aimed to identify and map the village’s potential while improving MSMEs’ readiness to use digital technology. The study used a qualitative descriptive method through observations, interviews with village officials and community members, and document review. The target participants included village officials, farmers, MSME actors, and the wider community. The results showed that Pandanajeng Village has potential in horticulture, layer poultry farming, non-agricultural MSMEs, and social and cultural capital. These potentials were visualised through an infographic village map. Digitalisation assistance through socialisation activities and the development of QRIS services improved MSME actors’ understanding and technical skills. This program produced an information base to support village development planning, digital transformation, and sustainable community economic independence.
