This study aims to identify the strategic needs for improving financial literacy and digitalization in Koperasi Desa Merah Putih in Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency and to determine the priority development strategies. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach using mixed methods. SWOT analysis was used to identify the internal and external factors of the cooperative, while the VRIO analysis was applied to evaluate the competitive advantages of the cooperative’s resources. Furthermore, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was utilized to determine strategic priorities based on expert judgment. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. The results indicated that low financial literacy, limited utilization of digital technology, and weak cooperative governance were the main issues requiring attention. The priority strategies include the implementation of cooperative digital systems, financial literacy training, human resource assistance, and strengthening governance based on transparency. This research is expected to provide a strategic model for sustainable village cooperative development through financial literacy and digitalization.
