The human respiratory system material in IPAS requires conceptual understanding and visualization of biological processes that cannot be directly observed. At SDN-6 Menteng Palangka Raya, learning is still dominated by conventional media, resulting in student outcomes categorized as only “sufficient.” Therefore, innovative media such as Assemblr Edu is needed. This study aims to examine the effect of Assemblr Edu on students’ learning outcomes in the respiratory system topic. This quantitative study used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of class V-A (experimental, 30 students) using Assemblr Edu and class V-B (control, 28 students) using conventional media. Data were collected using multiple-choice pre- and post-tests. The pre-test average scores were 69 (experimental) and 70 (control), with a significance of 0.534 (> 0.05), indicating equal initial ability. Post-test scores increased to 90 (experimental) and 80 (control). Mann-Whitney U test showed a significance value < 0.001, indicating a significant difference between the two classes.
