<![CDATA[This community service activity was carried out at the Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat (BPTD) Kelas II Sumatera Utara, an agency responsible for managing land transportation terminals in the region. Terminal production data recording including vehicle arrivals and departures was still conducted manually using Microsoft Excel, which caused input errors, delays in report preparation, and difficulty in coordination between units. This activity aimed to design a website-based information system for recording terminal production data as a solution to these problems. The method used includes field observation, interviews, and literature study, followed by system development using the Waterfall method consisting of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. The system was built using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and provides role-based login for officers (Petugas) and terminal heads (Kepala Terminal), a data input form, a production data list, and a dashboard with daily recapitulation and bar charts. The resulting system is expected to make data recording more structured, reduce input errors, and speed up the reporting process at BPTD Kelas II Sumatera Utara.]]>
