Older adults often experience various health problems, including gout arthritis characterized by pain, swelling, redness, heat, and limited mobility. One non-pharmacological treatment is a red ginger saltwater foot soak therapy. This study aimed to determine its effect on reducing gout arthritis pain in the working area of the Jembrana I Primary Health Center. A pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach was used involving 57 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed a significant reduction in pain after the intervention (p = 0.000 < 0.05). Red ginger saltwater foot soak therapy is effective in reducing gout arthritis pain in older adults Â
