Fainting (syncope) is a condition characterized by a temporary loss of consciousness that can occur among students in the school environment. This study aimed to determine the effect of using a board game on knowledge of first aid for fainting among students at SMPN 39 Bandung. The study employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 41 respondents, selected using total sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire on first aid knowledge for fainting. Data analysis was conducted univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxon test. The pretest results showed that most respondents had a low level of knowledge, with 31 students (75.6%) in the “poor” category, 9 students (22.0%) in the “fair” category, and 1 student (2.4%) in the “good” category. After the board game intervention, the posttest results indicated that most respondents had a good level of knowledge, with 39 students (95.1%) in the “good” category and 2 students (4.9%) in the “fair” category. The Wilcoxon test results showed that 39 respondents experienced an increase in knowledge, 2 respondents remained the same, and none experienced a decrease.
