Abstract

Latar belakang. Kekeliruan yang terjadi bahwa bayi tidak merasakan nyeri adalah salah, karenabayi menunjukkan perilaku, terutama wajah, dan fisiologis termasuk hormonal, sebagai indikatornyeri. Facilitated tucking merupakan salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan oleh perawatuntuk menurunkan respon nyeri pada bayi. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh facilitated tucking terhadap respon nyeri neonatus ketika pengambilan darah. Metode.Menggunakan rancangan quasy experiment dengan pendekatan post test-only non equivalentcontrol group. Teknik sampling menggunakan consecutive sampling, jumlah responden 30 yangterdiri dari dua kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi 15 responden dan kelompok kontrol 15responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan April tahun 2016. Uji statistik menggunakankolmogorov smirnov. Hasil. Terdapat perbedaan skor nyeri post-test yang bermakna padakelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol, dengan nilai p-value <0,001.Simpulan. Terdapatpengaruh facilitated tucking terhadap respon nyeri neonatus ketika pengambilan darah di ruangPerinatologi Rumah sakit umum daerah Cibabat Cimahi.

Abstract

Background : Anxiety is common in patients with acute cardiovascular disease. Self-reported increase in anxiety levels is up to 20% -50% in patients with myocardial infarction. It takes a strong self-efficacy from within a person to recover from coronary heart disease, although basically this disease cannot be cured. Research Objectives : This study aims to determine the relationship of self-efficacy to anxiety in patients with myocardial infarction at Al Ihsan Hospital, West Java Province. Methods : This study design used quantitative non-experiment with a cross-sectional approach. Respondents in this study were 110 respondents using non probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The research instrument used the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS / SRAS) questionnaire and the Self Efficacy questionnaire. Bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test to determine the relationship between variables. Results : The results showed that most of the patients experienced mild anxiety in myocardial infarction patients as many as 82 respondents (74.5%), patients with low anxiety were 28 respondents (25.5%), while most of the respondents with high self-efficacy were 82 respondents. respondents (74.5%) and low self-efficacy as many as 28 respondents (25.5%). Chi Square test results obtained value (p = 0.001 <0.05). Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety levels in patients with myocardial infarction at the Heart Polyclinic at Al Ihsan Hospital, West Java Province with a p-value of 0.001.

Abstract

Aims: Nurses are required to provide assistance to patients with an accurate Lethal ECG description and maintain their professionalism as a nursing care provider. In carrying out nursing care in the ICU room for patients with lethal ECG, there are many factors that influence the quality of care. Objective: Toexplore the experience of nurses care patients with lethal EKG in the ICU,SekarwangiHospital. Method: This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological design. The participants selection used purposive sampling technique with 6 nurse. Data obtained through in- depth interviews and analyzed using the Colaizy technique. Results: This studyresulted in 5 themes, namely 1) Nursing Soft Skill , 2) Primary care for Lethal'sECGPatient,3)CollaborationNursingsTeam.4).Hemodynamicstatus,5)Psychological nusring respons. Conclusion: Nurses need to understand their roleas providers of nursing care. Nurses' knowledge needs to be improved so that theimplementation of nursing care can be more optimal. Suggestion This study isexpected to provide an overview and strategy incarrying out nursing care topatients with a lethal ECG description for nurses in the ICU so that nursing carecanbecarried outoptimally.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian: mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang infeksi saluran pernapasan akut (ISPA) terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu dalam perawatan balita ISPA. Metode: quasy experimental dengan pendekatan non equivalent control group. Penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 45 ibu yang mempunyai balita ISPA, dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan 25 item pertanyaan yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pada kelompok perlakuan dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan dengan cara metode seminar, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta memberikan leaflet sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol tidak dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2015. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan uji statistic marginal homogeneity. Hasil: Rentang umur responden adalah 27-35 tahun. Mayoritas tingkat pengetahuan ibu pada saat pretest masuk dalam kategori kurang, yaitu (74%) pada kelompok perlakuan dan (86,4%) kelompok kontrol dengan p value 0,05. Tingkat pengetahuan pada saat post test didapatkan hasil yang berbeda yaitu 82,5% kategori baik pada kelompok perlakuan dan 91,1% kategori kurang pada kelompok kontrol dengan p value 0,05. Tingkat pengetahuan responden pada penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu dengan nilai p value 0,01. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh antara pendidikan kesehatan dengan tingkat pengetahuan ibu balita ISPA. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini penting sebagai bahan telaah bagi petugas puskesmas ataupun pelayanan kesehatan dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya ISPA.Kata kunci: balita, Infeksi saluran Pernapasan akut, pendidikan kesehatan, pengetahuanEFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION ON KNOWLEDGE LEVELS IN MOTHERS OF UNDER-FIVE CHILDREN WITH ARIABSTRACTObjective: To identify the effect of health education about acute respiratory infections (ARI) on the levels of knowledge in mothers of under-five children with ARI. Methods: This study is quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group approach. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 45 mothers who had under- five children with ARI, whom were divided into treatment and control groups. Data were collected using a questionnaire with 25 items of questions of which validity and reliability had been tested. Health education was given to the treatment group through seminar, discussion, question and answer as well as leaflets, but not given to the control group. Data were collected from May to August 2015. Data were analyzed using a statistical test of marginal homogeneity. Results: The age range of respondents was 27-35 years. The majority of mothers’ level of knowledge at the time ofpretest was poor, which was (74%) in the treatment group and (86.4%) in the control group with p value of > 0.05. The level of knowledge at the time of the posttest indicated different results, that 82.5% belonged to good category in the treatment group and 91.1% belonged to poor category in the control group with p value of <0.05. The respondents’ level of knowledge in this study showed a significant effect of education health on mother’s level of knowledge with p value of <0.01. Conclusion:There is an effect of health education on levels of knowledge in mothers of under-five children with AR1. Therefore, the results of this study are important as a study material for public health center or health services staff in order to prevent the incidence of ARI.Keywords: under-five children, acute respiratory infections, health education, knowledge

Abstract

Introduction. Problem Based Learning is new learning method that can be positive or negative effected students to accept this method. STIKES Rajawali used this education system for nursing collages. The purpose of this study was to know relationship between stress level and exam result at gastrointestinal lesson with PBL in School of Nursing. Methods. This study used Cross sectional design. The numbers of sample of this study were 77 collages. Collecting data used Student Stress and Coping Intervention (SSCI) questioner. Also use check list question to measure learning outcome at Gatrointestinal lesson with Problem Based Learning’s system education. Univariable analyze used frequent distribution and bivarible for identified relation between variables used annova test. Result. Annova test’s result showed that there was significant difference between learning outcome and stress level with p point = 0,001 at midle stress’ level. Discussion. It is can become reference in PBL method with competence based curricula. Good stress management could improve learning outcome at problem based learning system education. Keywords: learning outcome, stress, problem based learning, nursing

Abstract

Background: Health education about BHD consisting of CPR for rescuers is the main thing. Research Objectives: To determine the effect of health education about CPR on the attitude of non-educators in cases of cardiac arrest. Methodology: pre-experimental research designpre- and post-test without-control. The sample size is 18 people. Results: From 18 respondents showed negative first aid attitudes beforebeing given health education about CPR as many as 13 respondents (72.2%) positive first aid attitudes after being given health education about CPR as many as 17 respondents (94.4%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was an effect of CPRhealth education on the attitude of non-teaching staff with cases of cardiac arrest.

Abstract

Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that remains a global health problem, including in Indonesia. One of the factors that influence TB transmission is the patient's behavior in preventing the spread of the disease. This study aims to describe the behavior of preventing TB transmission in patients at the Sindangkerta Health Center. Methods: This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of TB patients in the Sindangkerta Health Center working area. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured the level of knowledge, attitudes, and actions of patients related to preventing TB transmission. Data analysis was performed descriptively. Results: The results showed that the majority of patients were male compared to female. The largest age group was early adulthood, followed by late adulthood and late old age. In terms of education, the majority of patients had a high school education level, followed by elementary and junior high school. Most patients had poor preventive behavior in implementing preventive measures such as using masks, covering their mouths when coughing, and not spitting carelessly. Conclusion: Tuberculosis prevention behavior in Sindangkerta Health Center, West Bandung Regency in 2025 was poor
