E-performance is a web-based application that assesses and measures the State Civil Apparatus's performance based on position and workload analysis. It is also the basis for calculating work performance. Simalape e-performance, owned by the Baubau City local government, is an e-government in the form of an employee performance management information system that is in charge of recording and reporting the performance of all employees in the Baubau City local government. This study analyzes the Simalape e-performance application owned by the Baubau City Government. This study uses qualitative research methods. The location of this research was the Baubau City Communication and Information Office. The results of this study prove that the Simalape e-performance application is an application that is easily accessible and used by the Baubau City State Civil Apparatus; this proves that: 1) The use of the Simalape e-performance application has a significant effect on the performance of the Baubau City State Civil Apparatus, 2) The Simalape application is web-based so that it can be easily accessed using a mobile phone. 3) This application can simplify the process of managing the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, starting from the preparation of employee performance targets to the assessment of employee performance targets and their follow-up, 4) This application can be used as a basis for payment of performance allowances or additional employee income. 5) This application increases the knowledge of the State Civil Apparatus about the priority programs of the Baubau City Regional Head.
